Become a Volunteer

Volunteering with SuperGrans offers an immensely rewarding experience. By sharing your skills in a kind, generous way, you can empower others and help build a stronger more supportive community. See our Volunteer page for more.

Donate Goods

A significant amount of the materials and even equipment used in our workshops has been very kindly donated by people just like you. If you have any goods, in great condition, that you think could be put to good use please let us know. Some goods we accept are:

  • preserving jars

  • small jam jars with metal lids (no rust)

  • sugar

  • woollen blankets (washed, no pet fur)

  • fabric (at least 1 metre)

  • sewing items (zips, cotton, ribbon, lace, elastic, bias binding, braid, interfacing, etc)

  • wool

Financial Support

Your donation goes a long way to help us keep our services free or as low cost as possible.

SuperGrans Manawatu is a registered NZ charity so donations of $5 or more are eligible for a tax credit. Please let us know if you would like a receipt for tax purposes.

Make an online deposit to our bank account

If you would like to make a deposit via online banking our ASB Account is: 12 3143 0232494 00. The account name is 'SuperGrans Manawatu Charitable Trust'. Please tag your deposit with your name and the word 'donation' as an identifier for our records.

We can provide tax receipts. If you have made an online deposit, please phone or email us with your details so we can send you a receipt.
